my profile got hacked so i deleted it and made another one. it quickly vanished. tried it again and the same thing happened. why am i being punished because THEY cant keep hackers out of their system??? i've done nothing wrong

Not sure why your profile was removed but have you tried using a different email address?

I never use my personal or work email addresses when using a dating site.

Another option is if you are using the app, try the website instead or vice versa.
