I'm a member of bi-cupid and I forgot my password.

I have follwed the instructions on the website to reset the password but it does not work.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

It should be relatively easy to reset your password. These instructions should work for most dating sites. Find the "forgot password" link on the homepage.

Enter your username or email address (some services may only accept one or the other) and the dating site should send you an email with instructions on how to reset. I would also check you spam /junk folder in your email program as well since a lot of these type of emails from dating sites may by accident be considered spam. This is most likely what happened in your case.
