I found this site to be real and I recommend it.
A caution: while it prides itself on having many members, lots seem to be old, now inactive, profiles which have not been deleted.
That being said there are a lot of active members and you can check to see who is on line or when they last logged on. I did not detect any bots - all whom I contacted or who contacted me were real.
I joined for four months and met up with a number of women. I was looking in the 60-70 age range in the UK. I decided that I didn't think things would work with most but I was very attracted to one and the feeling was reciprocated. We dated for a few weeks and she broke my heart when she called it off. Coronavirus then hit us and I let my membership lapse.
Make sure when you search you select "Sort by last logged on" as you get active people at the top of the list. The site flags profiles with when the member last logged on up to about a week ago - if it doesn't show that you don't know if they last logged on two weeks or two months or two tears ago. I am sure the site does not want you to know that many members are inactive. The member I dated had been a member for over ten years and her previous relationship had lasted for years but she still kept her profile even though she was not active.
If you see a lady who is looking for someone aged 20 - 99 you can almost guarantee she is a professional and if contact is established she wants to move to email immediately. I flagged a few such profiles and they were deleted by the site.
I rated the site highly realising that most members were younger than me which reduced the number who made good matches for an older man. I recommend it.
