difficult to cancel your membership. Tried 3 day trial and sent numerous messages via the site asking to cancel before the end. Was billed for a full month after the trial anyway. Tried to get a refund for the £41.41 they took and they sent me £12.14 stating that the rest was an unpublished fee taken by the bank and not their responsibility. Still ongoing.

try the disputes dept of your bank as they should be able to get your money back as thse online scammers are geting well known for fraud

Contact your bank and ask for them to get it back, I've done it on the past and managed to get it all back so it can be done.

They charge £41???? that is to much

Update June 2019. Site is still a joke all scam adds claiming to be local and none are. Also major issues with cancelling repeat billing, I case of having to contact your bank embarrassingly and explain it’s a scam and can they stop transactions.
