I met this guy online he's on cocoa business supplies, has a daughter.

He does'nt video chat or call but he e-mails and chats with me frequently after a long e-mail process and chat we confessed each others feelings and promised to see me.

He is now in Cambodia for his business trip and suddenly asking for money to lend him as he had exceeded his transfer limit and his bank and credit card can't be used he says system there is poor.He needs to pay for the custom for shipment of goods.

We are supposed to meet here in Japan

He forwarded me his flight sched & hotel booking confirmation which as far as i know he is telling the truth but i got disappointed that he asks me lend a money because that turns me off.what to do?

I just want to know if he is not a scam? Is it ok to help him?

Do not help him. REPEAT, do not help him.

It is a scammer. This is typical of what scammers do. They say they are out of the country and that either they need the money or a family member does.

If someone online asks for money that you have never met in real life then NEVER send them money.

I did'nt gave him the money and he got mad at me and said i don't trust him.
so, i shut down all my communications to him.Thank's to you
