I am having the same problems.

They have sent me the following:

To get the cancellation form:
1. Click on your circular photo icon > Settings
2. Click on Your membership > Change
3. Save the document and reopen it in PDF, JPG or GIF format before sending to us

They still ignored me but at least it is a starting point.

It's the good old scare tactics.
First they scam you into joining and take money, more than what you believe was going to be taken.
You cancel, if you are lucky.
Most can't cancel, so you block your card, tell the bank ect, do all the correct tstuff.
Then the letters start, either paper or email, threatening debt collectors and law suites ect.
I have had these for over 2 years now, I just bin them and ignore them. My last one, the 4th one I think, was offering a settlement figure, which was nice seeing as the previous ones were debt collection and court appearances ect!
They will bang out hundreds of these to anyone scammed into the site, hoping one or two will be scared enough to pay up, obviously generic, mass printed letters.
Do nothing guys...ignore them at all costs. Do you honestly think they will send debt collectors to you from Europe? For a few hundred quid? None of this will stand up in UK law anyway.
Nasty scammers.

I actually lost my wallet resulting in them chasing me for money, I wanted out long ago but I was so scared getting into trouble I paid for a long time. If I do nothing will they simply just go away even if I didn't pay? I've already given them way more than I should have.

Hi Everyone.
I stoped my direct debit to intetdate last month as I thought I had cancelled months ago. Like many I found the cancellation process virtually impossible. Now I get threats to involve debit collection agencies and all for 50.00 pounds its crazy! Can they really report to credit reference agency and affect my credit score?
Are there any lawyers willing to assist?

Had the same problem with trying to cancel my subscription with C date. Tried the trial and after realising I couldn’t cancel and I was trapped I blocked my card before they could take any money. I then had a email from Luxembourg a debt collector asking for money. I’ve ignored for months and today received another email from another debt collector eos solutions. Asking to talk to me regarding they’re client c date. My reply. I have been on the phone to police cyber fraud and reported this website directly to actionfraud.police.uk, I have a crime reference number/case number.

I have been advised not to pay and would advise you to get in touch directly with action fraud about this “debt”, not me. I deny any liability to this money you are trying to claim.
Pursuing someone for money they do not owe in the UK is a criminal offense under S.40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970. The company interdate are fraudulent and you won’t be receiving a penny from me. And I will continue to ignore them because it’s a fight they won’t win.

Hi just wondering for an update. Its been over a year and a half has anything else happened?
