Hi

I'm in the same boat but can't seem to find how I cancel. I can't find a phone number or email to contact.

Anyone help?

Cheers.

Block your credit card.

Hi, i went onto this site and set up what I thought was a one off payment via PayPal. I noticed recurring payments for 3 months , then took all my payment cards off my PayPal. I've since received a debt collectors letter from CMS. they're wanting me to pay £85 . I can't seem to find means of cancellation , so I'm hoping just to ignore them and hopefully they'll just go away . I live in northern Ireland, and we don't have bailiffs or anything like that. Anyone that has any similar stories and if they've came to a conclusion, I'd like to hear about it. It's a full scam imo, and after reading these reports , I'm even more certain of that.

Lots of people on here have said that they have had the email, the same as I have this morning, however nobody is saying if they ever heard anything after they refused to pay. Did debt collectors ever get in touch? Anyone who has a conclusion please post, so we know what to think.

Thanks...

Hi,

Yes I have had contact with ecollect for the sum of £230.53 with a threat of court action and I am in the UK, they are based in berlin, Germany! I have advised them that I will not and hold no responsibility for this amount and challenged the evidence suggesting that I knew the terms and conditions, I also send an email stating that if I continue to receive harassment letters, they will be liable under the below

Pursuing someone for money they do not owe in the UK is a criminal offence under S.40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970;

If you continue with this harassment, I reserve the right to (i) Report them to the police and (ii) hold you responsible for my legal costs associated with defending yourself;

any other advise would be helpful

Thank you

its not enforceable in another country ,they will need togo to UK courts to get an enforcement notice which will cost and they wont get it anyway as their crims and scams

Had the same problem with trying to cancel my subscription with C date. Tried the trial and after realising I couldn’t cancel and I was trapped I blocked my card before they could take any money. I then had a email from Luxembourg a debt collector asking for money. I’ve ignored for months and today received another email from another debt collector eos solutions. Asking to talk to me regarding they’re client c date. My reply. I have been on the phone to police cyber fraud and reported this website directly to actionfraud.police.uk, I have a crime reference number/case number.

I have been advised not to pay and would advise you to get in touch directly with action fraud about this “debt”, not me. I deny any liability to this money you are trying to claim.

We just discovered payments totalling almost 12000 kr (about £1000) which have been taken from my husbands credit card over the last year. He says he never signed up or gave his card details, and I believe him. I hope we can get it back through the credit card company.
This happened to anyone else?
Can it be classed as identity theft? We have insurance for that.
Thanks,
