one more proof of how ridiculous this site is, i have profile but i am not subscribed, anyways i look at bottom of main page and there are supposed to be girls that are no more then 50 miles away of my location. I am located in Sweden, Goteborg, and supposedly these chick should also be in Sweden, well think again. I click on one of "near" profiles and read this crap "My perfect evening: Would be a night out on the ole town. God i hate these dating sites. I put almost 50$ on Zoosk couple of days ago, ghost town. I think most of profiles are fake. I sent so many friend requests, not one answered, or even looked at my profile. You know when someone looks on your profile BS! This is last time i try these dating sites, i always knew they are bunch of bs, thats why i ignored them for so many years, but .....

Yeah its BS. And I'm smart enough (and so are the rest of you) to know better. But when you're lonely, logic goes out the window I guess. I contacted a few, and was contacted by a few, only thru the site. I gave my phone number out to several, and not one of them texted or called. But they will reply with a one-liner.

The idea is, if they can string you along day by day, and feed you little nibbles, they'll get to keep charging your account and making money. And of course, that's why you have no abilities to do anything - view messages or pics - unless you pay...

More than likely they have employees who each handle 'x' amount of profiles, or a certain geographic area, and they'll make sure they contact any new members, ESPECIALLY those who have not subscribed yet, so they'll get all excited and subscribe... and then they only contact you JUST ENOUGH to keep ya hooked.

AND THEN what happens is that I try to post this and it gets rejected as "spam"? What crap!

I agree with you guys that this site is BS with a lot of fake profiles. However, there are real profiles with real sexy women. I have met a lot women on this site, and I had fun with them. Right now I am still seeing them and I am not fking around nor do I work or support this BS site.

From my personal experience the real women don't show their pictures, or will cover their face and will try any means to contact you through yahoo and msn using misspelled language which sounds like msn and yahoo on first contact as this site blocks the word MSN and YAHOO etc
This site blocks any form of communication which is not affiliated with the site which is very fked up.
There are also fake women who also try to lure you to yahoo and msn to sell you a web-cam session too so be careful.

If you guys are using this site, try forcing live contact using the built in messenger or try using miss spelled language for getting the girl to add you to msn or yahoo ex: pimpzadolla at yeeeeaaauuuuhhh...deet komb through the email service. Don't waste time corresponding through email more than 2 times with anyone as you're probably wasting your time talking to a fake profile.

Also, If a picture looks to good to be true then always follow your instincts.

There are two sides to this site, obviously. Women don't pay, and get gold membership if they post a picture. So, women, don't pay for the site, just put a picture there and you will get gold access once your picture is posted. Next, men, there are more of you on the site then women. If you join as a man, put a picture up and you'll probably get on for free as well. Once you do actually get an email, if you're asked to go directly to a Yahoo account, it's probably a scam. Also, many men ask for a picture immediately as well and then ask to chat with you on Yahoo instead of the chat within Sexsearch. Guys, women are most likely not going to give their photo out as soon as you write 'hi' to them or say something including F_ck in it within the first note. Not all women are turned on by that. Ladies, be aware of this site, and all others. There are men on the site who will use you or try to get money from you once they meet you. If you do meet them, follow the recommendation that you go to a public place during hours where there are plenty of other people around. Don't drive your own car, go with a friend and don't go directly home afterwards. They (the men) can follow you home and stalk you. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way. The very hard way. I nearly didn't survive, literally. As for the 'great lay' comment others make here? Is that all that we hope for in life? I have been testing dating sites for a report for a magazine article and decided to sign up using the photograph of an ape and using ape attributes during the sign up process. Lo and behold, female Sexsearch members have contacted my bogus ape persona over 100 times in just over two months. I have written to the website and told them of my findings. Initially they replied to my message and were appalled that I could be scammed (I had yet to inform them of the ape experiment). When I mentioned that I was a reporter and that a bogus and clearly phony account was created, the next message had the writer appalled at me for doing the experiment. Suffice to say, the site is without a doubt a scam. There are true online dating services out there that do work and do connect people but this one is not one of them and should be avoided at all costs.

Its definitely mostly a scam. I tried it out for one month just to see for myself. I actually did interact with three female profiles off of the site. Figuring out a way to get around the stupid email address filter was ridiculous but I managed it.

Unfortunately I think one of them was most likely a man posing as a woman. I kept trying to get a meeting in person set up but all they wanted was a picture of my junk. They never would answer any specific questions or provide any proof that they were for real.

The other two I interacted with were nice but when I got a set of pictures from them neither was anywhere close to my standards in looks. All of the other contacts I received from the 100+ emails that I sent out to various profiles were all fakes obviously run by the website or its employees. Some of their responses to my emails were so ridiculous.

So in conclusion: if you meet any women on this site it will be apparently obvious why they are on here looking -- ie they are dogs!! Or you will meet a man posing as a woman, or you will be bothered by one of the hundreds of shills that this site must have working for it to string you along.

just a tip: this did not help on every picture as it seems the fake profile makers have gotten smarter but I used a reverse image search engine called Tineye (google it to find it) and that helped me to weed out some of the profiles by showing me that the pic (s) that were being used were ones that the profile maker had lifted from another website and so obviously were not of that person in the profile.

I think the problem is that so many emails are trashy.. like want to watch me cum, want to cam.. etc. I just delete them.
