Hi everybody,
Premium member can send a letter for termination of the contract prior with at least14 days of automatic renewal, according to article 8(1) paragraph 4 of the contract. They shall not take into consideration any other notification on this topic. It is deeply unfair also grotesque for a member that have paid to be forbited to proceed with online termination of a contract the same way the contract begun (virtually). Not to mention that there is not any services provided by be2. Not to mention, once again, that the customer may occure sever disseas ot death meanwhile..that makes them into a situation not to proceed effectivelly with written termination of the contract. This was a full mistake to subscribe to this site, please, beware of the reputation of dating platform since now on. P.S. please, proceed with letter of termination to the following adress:
be2 S.a.r.l
Kundenserviciu
13 rue du Commerce
L-135 Luxemburg
Luxemburg.
Suggest:
Check it out the be2 site online, terms and condition, article 8, on termination of the contract.
Goodluck everybody!!

Watch ur back we already know where u live.

confused
just wondering, i don't know if its been mentioned yet but has anybody here ever saw any legal action beyond threats? everybody seems to be freaking out about debt collectors/solicitors but nobody has ever mentioned any actual action.

just wondering because id like to hear a follow up from somebody here because im figuring its all *censored* and as long as you cancel payments with a bank you should be good.
or im wrong and we should all be worried.
either way ill be sure to follow up my situation and let people know whats happening.

i am not paying these *censored* crooks.

For what must be more than 9 months collection@auerwittethiel.com has been relentlessly after an amount that is forever changing and its clear they are trying to scam me but this worst part is they are ignoring anything and everything it’s honest stressing me out so much to also keep in mine im a minor and don’t even remember signing you to their site but i must have because they do have me full name and some details although the date pf birth is wrong however I don’t understand how they can say I must pay but i apparently connected my credit card to their site and i said one it wont connect to dating sites or pornography site and some others due to it being an under 19’s account and if by some chance it did the only time I connected to a site I unsubscribed but it failed to load the site through the link so if they did by some miracle happen to be you then its not my problem your unsubscribe button failed but how do i get them to go away Shouldnt me being a minor in a different country be enough for them to go away i could explain the whole thing but 9 months of conversation takes to much time and energy im just fed up with them im seeing comments about them from 2014 its now 2022 8 years on why are they still going like this can someone please get them arrested or something cause this is ridiculous and is obviously breaking the law and committing multiple criminal offences

I think many of you have heart b2, it;s so far the biggest mistake I have ever made with online dating site.
I paid 5 CDN for a first month tryout, then I found this site is a crap so I stopped using it. After 1 month, I found my creditcard bill has shown a amount of 179CDN, I looked it up and found it was charged by be2 for a regular membership monthly fee. I called my creditcard company told them this was an unauthorized transaction so I got my money back. HERE COMES THE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ever since then, b2 has been reacting as a super professional worldwide dating chain company(compare to their reluctance of writing back to me on how to cancel my membership, I wrote them many emails but didn;t get any email back, they have no customer service phone number either). I received this wanrning email said I have till what date to pay my outstanding amount with b2. I was almost going to send it, but then I searched google and found there are soooooooo many cases exactly like mine hanging there. Now I knew it;s a scam and I felt lucky that I didn;t send the money.
HERE COMES SOLICITOR!!!!!!!!
This morning as Feb 5th, 2013, 2 month since I last talked to be2 people. I received this letter from a solicitor claims to represent b2 and asking me to pay my membership fee by Feb 21 this month.
Here is the email I received. /
Is there anyone else has same issue with a solicitor involved?
What should I do with it? Can I just ignor it?
I need urgent advice!!!!!!!!!

Right so i was reading this comment then i looked at the top i know this was since 2013 but when i saw this i knew 100% they its all scam 2013/02/06 10:18am (Read 134,147 times) so just to elaborate im looking at how many people have read that comments 134,147 times thats a lot of people who have searched this scam up how many of these people have had to endure the stress and worry pr have paid it then read that its honestly really bad this 9 year since that was posted and they still continue to terrorise people we need a face book group or something hell if 134,147 people joined that it will definitely get a lot of attention amd maybe resolve the issue

Contact your bank 's frauds team and explain the situation. They will sort it out. Same experience for me.

I did email them back. I was having a poop day so I thought hummm why not. So I asked them for proof, after adding a screen shot of activation day and cancellation emails I sent. So then I made my own template and pretended to be from a solicitors of Doors & Doors.
Then I thought hmmm., sip wine and attach email I sent to trading standards about them and the site.
But I didn't stop there nope. A bottle of wine later and I was a wizz of knowledge of what I saw on law and order.
Then after spamming them with a email every 4 hours over a span of 3 days. They emailed back and asked me to stop spamming them.
Now I have wine chilling just encase 👀

Thankfully I found this page as I was just about to send money to this crowd. I signed up one night fell asleep and when I woke up I decided not to use the site and when i went back on too cancel the 5e one time fee had gone to 147e. I immediately trid to cancel and could not make any contact with anyone on the site.I immediately contacted my bank who cancelled and blocked them. I was told by the bank that it was possible they were scammers and not to engauge with them. Theytook the site details and reported it. I continued to try to cancel on there site with no reply only to recieve several emails from the solicitor in germany demanding money and the threat of court and higher charges if I did not. The gas thing is I never even used the site. I subscribed for the 5e and fell asleep. I'm going to take all the advice I have seen since 2013 and basically ignore them .I'm in Ireland and all they have is my email. Thanks again.
