Salut, si eu sunt in aceeasi situatie? cum ati rezolvat?

Eu am platit un abonament Premium de 1 luna in valoare de 59.90 lei. La sfarsitul respectivei luni am incercat sa imi inchid contul pe be2 dar nu am reusit. In urmatoarele 2 luni mi-au retras din cont cate 300 lei in fiecare luna. Am fost la banca si am facut refuz de plata pentru cei 600 lei si mi-am schimbat cardul. Inca nu am primit un raspuns de la banca. Apoi am fost la Protectia Consumatorului. Acolo m-au sfatuit sa fac o reziliere a abonamentului facut. Am trimis prin fax, o cerere de reziliere la numarul de telefon care apare pe site la pagina: Conditii/ Reziliere. Cei de la protectia consumatorului au spus ca ar trebui sa primesc un mail de la be2 cu un raspuns la cererea de reziliere si in functie de raspunsul primit trebuie sa fac sau nu, o reclamatie la protectia consumatorului. Deci deocamdata nu stiu cum se va rezolva situatia.

Radu, i received the last e-mail from them at the end of september 2018,telling me that i have to pay around 200 euros , fee + penalty. I previously received 6 e-mails with threats to pay. For the moment, nothing new. I read some messages on the avocatnet.ro related to romanians who had the same "problem" as we did. Just read them. It is not very "supportive" what i read, meaning that if it will be the case , a very good lawyer should be contacted due to the romanian law which is too permissive.

Asa cum a spus si in celelalte mesaje, am tot primit e-mailuri de la o firma cu sediul in Luxembourg, care ma tot ameninta sa le platesc in jur de 200 de euro. Pt moment nimic, doar ca eu nu inteleg cum va trimit plicuri, daca nu au adresa voastra.

Bad service, poor quality of users and very poor customer service. They have a small fee the first month to allure you, that turns in a enormous fee in the second month. For unsubscribing they demand a written request sent with a minimum 7 DAY NOTICE on email or FAX, or by letter. Who uses FAX or letters in the 21st century??? It is absurd! Although I have paid the fee for the second month my "Premium subscription" was never active again. It is a SCAM! Keep away!

Hi, I had mine resolved just this month. Be calm and dont pay. EU is now govern with a new law, GDPR, a privacy act. Obviously, they have violated that. Let them know that you are aware of that. Violation of that law will land them in hot water.

Situ zice sa le dai nume real si adresa, atunci cand vrei sa scapi de statutul "premium". Poate cei care au primit plicurile au facut asa: au dat adresa. Totusi, la inscriere NU mi-au cerut adresa sau nume real. Cine a mers mai departe? Politie, ANPC, avocati? Care e statusul? Ms

Salut, m-a pus naiba sa-mi fac cont ieri pe cacatu asta de site, be2-dating.ro si sa aleg abonament premium pt care scria ca urmeaza sa platesc 14 ron, ca sa vad cu stupoare ca am o tranzactie in asteptare de 59.99 RON . Wtf ? Am trimis un email la suport clienti ca vreau sa-mi anulez abonamentul, dar din ce citesc se pare ca an facut-o degeaba. Cum naiba anulez tranzactia, si cum ii opresc pe escrocii astia sa ma fure lunar de sute de lei ?

Le-am trimis mail la adresa serviciu-clienti@be2dating.ro cerand anularea abonamentului, am primit un email ca mi l-au anulat, si nu voi mai fi facturat. Ramane de vazut ce se va intampla peste o luna.
