Hi, I can answer that. With the guided conversations, I could talk to members without being a member myself. Then, if they sent me a message, I could send them "questions" with my information, or pay for a month to see their message. Either way, eHarmony didn't like it, and they want to force everyone to pay before they can really talk. When you don't pay, you can't see the chat messages.

Try sending the pre written questions, they may be able to answer those without joining.
