I worked for the state as an auditor for 20 years and you develop a sixth sense about business' and are they in troouble.
One sure indication is a major change. When I first used match, they were opned all sorts of hours 7 days a weeek.
I called the other day thinking that even air heads were better than no head, and the customer service hours are now only 8 AM to 5:30 PM M-F. Big change and inconvient for most people. A business closing its customer service at 5:30 PM??
They could at least get a call center in India for later hours. Maybe they use an Indian Call center. I never could get them because when I remembered to call them, they were closed.
I figure that the internet dating business is peaked a while back and now showing the signs of going downhill.
If the internet dating companies had cared about matching up people , then I would wish ehem all the luck since this is a good concept for the shy, those that work strange hours, night owls, etc.
But they are just greedy.
Maybe the ones that survive will care about its members and not their credit card
