Hi all,
IWantU is a complete scam site which has nothing real on it. Stay away, and do not pay.

No need even to say much:
- “Girls” will send you all sorts of winks, messages, etc… even before you complete your profile
- You cannot do anything at all unless you pay: no send, no read, no chat. Nothing, only millions of requests from girls and re-direct to the page to upgrade 
- By the way, when you register on this site, they will automatically will create your profile on another “MILF” or something site, which really exactly the same, well they want you to pay to the both sites, don’t they?

Anyway, I think it is all obvious once you register there, but because I did not find topic here on this site, decided to add it. For “new bees”

yep - confirmed, the site is a total scam, full of scammers, i am having fun there at the moment, the latest scam is the "babe you need a verification security ID to chat to the girls babe,i will need to assist you babe ok?"

Prices range from $40US to as high as $1500US.

Beware guys of this site.

I am having fun there toying with the creatures.

Also take note of the profile pics, 80% are of soft core models.

I wish that I had read your site before subscribing for one month. Getting the repeat billing cancel was very difficult and only agreed to after a really unwarranted effort on my part. The 1800 824 498 is a money maker and I found my recharge almost completely drain (perhaps $100 plus) so I suspect to goes via a drone number direcet to Cyprus.
The site is also on my banks alert list and my card was blocked automatically that also was another hassle that I could do without.
Simply be aware that we who are seeking friendship are vulnerable.

Have just joined as a free member but always use the internet to research the sites first and thanks for letting me know the site is a scam. Why can't theses folks put a little genuine effort into the site and guys and gals might actually enjoy and pay often.

Yep, I agree. It is a total scam. Emails from girls who don't exist and your profile is posted on other sites such as milf and passion matures. They are out there to prey on people so beware. Was stupid enough to take out a 6 month subscription after supposedly receiving emails from women in my area on the site. As soon as I took out the subscription and replied to some of the emails the profiles disappeared or I did not receive a single reply. I anticipate it will be difficult to unsubscribe so I'm also having a bit of fun playing with them using an anonymous IP so they can't trace me but its annoying. Anyway, I have wasted my money - my advice: if you want to check out these sites set up a fake hotmail, gmail or yahoo account (as they do) and use an anonymous IP to access the site. Don't pay them any money or only subscribe for 3 days, but be aware that you may have to resort to drastic measures like cancelling your credit card to be rid of them.

I total agree that it is a big scam, just like all sites like this. All I ever got was some one in ghana who wants money for pictures and girls who wanted to take you to a web cam show in some other country. They should be band from the sites. Let the real women who are loooking for real sex be there and the fakes gone. Most profiles of women come up on other sites so bewear as it is just a big scam.

It is hard to cancel your subscription and account.

I took 3 days membership and cancelled repeat billing too
but on third day my card was debited with another $20
it was my luck that there were only $25 at that time


please dont trust them. they pass your bank details to scammers

if you want to pay always pay with card having minimum funds
and check your debit history every second day

I was looking at joining this dating site when the profile of a great looking woman at BASSINGSTOKE IN HAMPSHIRE popped up,i needed to subscribe to the site in order to contact her,i sent her 5 separate e=mails & all I received was 5 automated replies.Several women (automated computers I believe) contacted me but after e=mailing them I again received no reply,Also I tried to contact other women but again received no reply.I then received a message from a stunning looking woman who was surpossed to be from TROYES IN FRANCE so I set up a yahoo.com account so that we could chat to each other.We sent each other a few messages & then she sent me 4 fully clothed photos in which she looked like a model,she then said she was of mixed parents with her father coming from THE UNITED STATES & her mother coming from GHANA but because of the death of her father she now lived with her mother in GHANA and was having a hard time of things.This sounded a little on the strange side as with her being born in THE UNITED STATES she would be classed as a American citizen and have an AMERICAN PASSPORT.I was in 2 minds what to do,should I remain in contact with her and see what she wanted out of me (probably a BRITISH PASSPORT) or kick it in the head & move on,I moved on.I then tried on 3 separate occasions to unsubscribe from this site,each time after filling in the unsubscribe forms I was asked to cancel my billing by ringing 0 808 101 0935 which I guess is a ameican phone number.In the end I had to go to my bank to explain things & 2 ask them to put a stop on the direct debit,if things seem to be to good to be true they probably are.

The earlier reviewers are correct; the site uses your location details and changes girls details so they seem to be close to where you are. I goggled one of the girls names and came up with several different dating sites with the same girl and photo but in Scotland, not East Anglia. Other sites are clones or affiliates so be warned; check before you join.

This site steel yore money. If you approve three days trial for a dollar a day, they will claim that you also approved to a lot of extra "services", and that, my friends, is not cheep. Here in Sweden (they are all around the world) they are a matter for the police, but they are hard to get. They hide behind a lot of names and are located in places as the Virgin island, cypros and so on.

read the small print before signing up to any site as they usually put you on a repeat debit on your card >ongoing< and hard to get rid of them without great hassle ,escaping their clutches is very difficult in some cases

be extremely careful as when you cancel your subscription they will offer you compensation with free time on other sites but you will get charges premium for it after the initial pretended free time.

that would be the 'age verification scam' ,where you have to hand over your CC details ,allegedly to confirm your age ,which is absurd . the website at the other end is run by criminals who will then proceed to hammer your CC once they have your details

wish I read the forum before taking out 3 day subscription, which I cancelled within 24 hours.
when looking at bank statement found also another month subscription had been charged.
that I am trying to retrieve.(don't fancy my chances much)
This site is a total sham and should be shut down.

Yes it is also be aware that if you get a Skype if Viber call from anyone you don't know DO NOT REPLY as they are all white girls from GHANA or NIGERIA so be aware they will get very cosy with you and will show you naked videos etc but you will then be asked to pay a bill or something like that . Not only is it a scam if you leave your email,or phone number they text yoi email you before you can lay your,phone,down and it never stop it all ways same girl that is texting you or emailing you but they are or may i say she is useing different numbers i got a total of 468 emails in 38 min. Time frame and dont no how many texts all loaded down with pictures and alot said that they wanted to hook up that night and a lot said they stayed 17 mins. Away ok trust me when i tell you this i stay in this town they do stay that close to me if they did and was texting me and emailing me the stuff i was geting well i guess i wouldn't have time to send out this so stay home guys shes not 17 mins. From you and in all the texts and emails they wanted money they wanted it wired to them ok if you 17 mins down the road i beleave i will walk it to you.

Absolutely DO NOT sign up to Iwantu.com.
This site IS an absolute scam.
I originally signed up for a 3 day trial and, foolishly and regrettably, gave my card details.
After signing for 3 days for £2.99, I find they automatically charged me another £25 for a months subscription.
Once signed up, I was chatting with some girls and then something popped up saying "if I would like to chat further you have to go through a VERIFICATION PROCESS"
This process means giving your card details but I refused this time because I started to suspect something wasn't right.
Because I refused, I have been getting increasingly threatening emails stating if I don't go through the "VERIFICATION PROCESS" then I would be fined £1500 monthly to be taken directly out of my account.
I am now receiving emails from "Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation",(yeah right whatever)saying I have 10 minutes to do the process.
I have also received emails stating they've detected suspicious behaviour in my account but all I have done is chat to som girls.
I now realise tha most of these "girls" are fake profiles, they are probably some fat balding men posing as girls.
After I refused to give my card details, I had women on the site winking at me on my site.
One in particular I was talking to for a while then she said if I want to chat to her longer then I have got to go through the Verification process.
I said no you are a scammer, she then messaged me saying "oh babe if only I could I would but my card has frozen"yeah right okay pull the other one.
I have had to transfer all my cas to another account. And trying to unsubscribe can be a nightmare.
Once again DO NOT subscribe.

Unfortunately I fell for this scam a couple years back. You need to real the fine print. They have the right to sell your membership to people (cam girls). Remember if you do make a paid membership to save all your receipts. You will need them to send to customer service.

They sold or gave my paid membership to a cam girl and had the balls to say I gave my login info to her. I got my refund back after I showed I was the rightful owner of the account.
So DON'T use their services. If it looks real, it probably isn't.

You have to pay money after the 3day trial bcuz after you pick 3day payment plan and just b4 u give your credit card info all the way at the bottom there is a check box that is already checked for you and pretty much says '*Add a free 1 day access to videos at sexyhdvideo.com. I agree that after 1 week my free access will be automatically converted to monthly $19.99 package, and renewed every month until canceled.'

Just agreeing with everyone on this thread: IWantU is complete & utter bull$#!^. Realised this as soon as I conveniently got 10 message from 10 individual women, but had to pay to unlock them. Over 90% of the accounts look fake too. Thanks to Anonymous #1 for starting this thread... good looking out.

I decided to pay for the 3 day subscription, soon realised it was a scam when within 10 mins I had 20+ women messaging me - I hadn't even filled my profile information. I also started to receive emails stating I had to verify or I would be charged $200 (noticed $ rather than £ - I'm British), however if you open the link it takes you to a partner site where they want you to pay again.

I found a section on the website that showed that after the three days they were going to charge me £40+ - I cancelled my subscription via the website. I am in the process of trying to delete my profile, they said they were going to email me a pass code that I would need to enter on their website but I haven't received any link. I paid by card (so they do not have my account number/sort code) - so I have cancelled my bank card as a precaution.

Don't waste your time, but if you do decide to give the website a try, make sure you are prepared to protect yourself (cancel cards, set up an email address separate to your usual one etc)

I just registered for the free and all of a sudden I get popups on my laptop with picture and that this woman "wants" me. I have tried logging back in so I can cancel and I can't seem to get logged in it says I am using a wrong password. I hope I can block the popups.

Yes i was on i want you also i have talk to a lot of guys out of state and most of them look like they had a fake picture yes i want you is a scam you can't really trust the online dating service anymore its *censored* and a scam and alot of fake people on there i am honest but people cant say the truth or what they look like or what they want

I always buy a pre paid visa to subscribe for a short trial. Just have enough on card to pay one time. These sites are fukk of scamers. Mostly they work for the site to keep you talkin..or they make money through the site charging for webcam sessions. If they call you " hon" or babe dont even bother. Some go so far as to have a generic dialouge, your talking to cpu. If your not sure just ask them a ganeral qu. estion about where they are from.. like the name of the stadium the hockey team plays at... if they totally ignore you know wats up. There are lots of real girls on there, but do they really need to be on a sex site to get laid? No
So you just gotta have fun with it.

You are SOOO right about IwantU being a scam. After perusing some of the other sites, I can see that they use some of the same pop-up IM's names & pics as other sites. All of them computerized messages with the EXACT same wording VERBATIM over and over again. Most of these sites are scams just to get you to join and et ahold of your credit card number. And when you try to discontinue billing by them.......well, good luck, if you still have anything in your account once they get your number!!

They actually join you up to all sorts of other sites.You don't have access as they put in the passwords so you don't even know what they are Of you pay just claim back on disputes through your bank.These fraudsters need to be closed down.Anyone knowing someone in the law should report them

your subscription will automatically renew, to cancel you will need to ring up as soon as possible but they will transfer your account to another website such as "getanaffair.com" where they will charge you £42 a month without you even knowing. When you ring up make sure you don't get a free trial on any other website!!

its best to phone your bank and say your CC is lost and get a new card with new numbers so they cant make any more debits ...this applies to any crooked date sites who wont let you escape their cluches .best not to ever give your card numbers to any date sites ,only a one off payments to see if theyre legit ..

thats the trap the use to get your CC numbers.. then they will never let you go ,phone your bank and get them too disallow any more debits from you account ,explain they are scammers .i have found banks are well aware that date sites are usually scammers and are helpfull and stop any more debits right away

I am so amused by this site.I am from a small town with very few residents. I signed up and over 40 women from my town are on this site. Ha. I know everyone around here. This is absurd, they are making moneyvhand over fist sex sales.

I got driven there from a girl profile from badoo... The very interesting thing is that she .. Or they ... managed to disappear from the badoo chat log as if they ware a ghost...

Very bad security issue for badoo!

For more details this "girl" just asked me to add her on Skype.. And she directed me from there... I just did it for the laugh cause I'm using unregistered phone, and sim and email while in badoo... So no harm was caused...

But careful if you are one of those that has everything on the phone with all the passwords stored in the internet broser... Thouse pices of %&#(? Might be hazardous professionals

Me and my husband found emails from this website on his email. He says that he has never signed up to the website although the email is thanking him for signing up and his profile matches with his name, age and there we live.
Now we are talking about having children and I'm hoping you can help me tell if he is laying or not. Is "iwantyou" able to create an account automatically without you knowing? I understand it's a scam site but do you have to create your own profile or not?

I should have done a search and found these comments before making a profile, You discover it is fake and fictitious profiles after you pay a membership fee, When I immediately sent a message that it was against Australian consumer rights and was false and misleading advertising. They said I would be changed a unpublished fee by their Bank, It was actually 2/3 of the total payment I made. I did a search for "unpublished fee charged by Banks" and nothing turned up, So I will talk to my bank about recovery options of the full amount, The first time in 50 years of using credit card I was charged for a refund, Beware, Thses sites are just a SCAM..

One of the most useful features for me was the matchmaking service. I loved the fact that the site took care of some of the hard work for me by recommending singles who live in my area!

I was scammed on this site , multiple times, this woman Kate Williams took me for 450 . Stay away this is just a scammer site, no real dating.
