My complaint with Senior People Meet is that they send you MANY MANY notices from persons that do NOT exist.
They remove the usernames profiles, they cancel any messages, but they maintain that they CANNOT stop the notification being sent. This I do not believe. I have had dozens of notices sent to me, over a 4 week period, of persons that do not exist.
When you contact Customer Care Dept. their only response is that they are 'sorry for the inconvenience' - but they do not offer any concessions on dues for their failure rate.
When I first joined I was notified that I had 3 messages waiting from 3 different persons. When I upgraded to read them, there were NONE and there never had been any. My concern, is this done to get the user to upgrade??
