It has been 5 years of marriage and suddenly, one day my husband came to me and said, “I want a divorce”. This was the biggest shock of my life.
I still love him but he doesn’t want to have a relationship anymore. Every morning, I ask myself is there a problem with me and how can I fix it? For the last five years, we were living a happy life but with time, he changed. I always tried hard to make him happy. I cleaned, I cooked, and I made sure he was taken care of.
I shared my problems with my friend and she suggested a few ideas for me to fix the relationship and our current situation but nothing worked. I thought there might be people online who have experienced this problem so I am looking for suggestions to fix it. Please reply if you have any thoughts regarding my problem.

You stop over doing certain things in your marriage
Eg. How do you ask your husband to take out the garbage do you use the word "could"
Well you need to say Would you please take out the garbage,or would please help me with the dishes
Your communication skills may be off with your husband

Sometimes people hang on for kids. I’m there now. It’s miserable but I’m bettering myself and meeting new “friends” online. Also I have a special girlfriend to help me for the transition.

People grow apart. You develop as a person as you have other life experiences. Sometimes it takes until your 30s or 40s or 50s to realize who you are and what you need. You can't force someone to stay. They will be miserable, and you won't get what you want out of them either. Everything will be faked and that's not love. It's a hard position to be in, but you need to realize the truth of the situation and do what is best for everyone.
