Forum Subject: When dating how much older should the guy be?

I have just graduated from college and I find that most of my girlfriends go out with guys that are 2 to 3 years older than they are.

I find myself attracted to men 5 to 10 years older than me. I have to wonder if it is because they are more established in life even though I have a very successful career ahead of me. I also wonder if it is because my parents divorced when I was young and that I never did see much of my dad.

What does everyone else think? What is to old?

Don't worry too much about the age gap - it's the chemistry between you, how wellyou get on, and whether you can see a future together that should help you decide. Don't rule a guy out because of a number - he may just be the one! Good luck!

There are no questions of age for people who love.

2-10 years older - it's fine, but more than 10-15, it can be a problem

I think the less age difference - the better. But there are many details.

I don't think age matters much when you're in love with each other. I've seen many successful couples with age gap of 10, 15 years. So if you find suitable person, don't consider age difference much.
