It's Just Lunch - Atlanta suggested I meet a guy that IJL said was divorced.
The guy also told me he was divorced when we met for dinner. Turns out he wasn't divorced at all -- he hadn't even filed for divorce! The guy told me he had met other women before me through IJL, as well, so I was not the only woman whose time IJL wasted by recommending this fellow.
Don't waste your money on It's Just Lunch -- meet people through your usual activities
and spend the money on thorough background checks. The background checks are easy to do yourself using public records. Also, be wary of guys who say they divorced in other states -- it's very easy to verify whether they are telling the truth or not
. There are amazing men out there, and I have happily learned you don't need IJL or any other "service" to meet them.

You say met people though your usual methods.
Then WHY did you use a shady bunch like IJL? if you are haveing success meeting people in the first place?
They charge about 1500.00 a year. Seems a lot unless you are NOT meeting people thought the usual ways.
I get SO tired of hearing I am though with date sites or agencies and now going to meet people though the 'usual' methods. Fact is-you are NOT meeting people or you would NOT join an expensive agency like IJL
