In my area on marriedcafe.com, there were profiles for a little over 100 women, but I stopped counting after 1000 guys. When I first logged on I got emails from three different attractive girls, and a couple more replied to my notes. All the emails sounded canned, and the replies to my emails often did not have anything to do with what I wrote. One even replied angrily about some phantom dispute with me that never occurred. All of them talked in generic terms about our new "relationship" when nothing specific about either of us had been exchanged yet. I realized pretty quickly that these were fake profiles and that the site was sending out fake emails to give the impression that I was getting activity on the site. It's too bad that these con operations are able to rip people off without any kind of regulation preventing it. I'd love to meet the owner of one of these sites and ram his head into his monitor a few times.

All the reply's sound the same, none of them answered my questions to my response. Married Cafe is a total scam...

I received 2 emails from at least 9 different attractive women. Once I joined the site, and replied, I received emails again from each of them. All of the women replied, however their responses seemed the same, referring to our 'relationship'. I'v been scammed. It won't happen again! I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the same female profiles were used in each market to get people to join the site. DON'T DO IT.... IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY. I have found Match.com and SinglesNet to be very reliable sites with real people whom you can communicate with and even meet.

I too got burned with "Married cafe". I wonder why for a while why the answers didn't match my questions, like they were all "generic'
When a 19 year old gilr responded to my profile, I knew somehting was up. I canceled it and now am really pissed at the whole deal.
Live to learn.

Yeah it is a total rip off. I got emails from several people and they always say the same things ike "maybe we should talk more", "You saved my life, I thought I would never find anyone again". Then you ask to meet them or any question for that matter and it NEVER!!!!!! gets answered NEVE.

I knew this was going on last month when I wrote a few, and their replies were not even related to my emails. Then I did a test. I sent about 100 cookie-cutter emails to all the profiles that I had written in the past, accusing them of being a part of a scam ring. Within two weeks, I got two emails. One saying the same ole crap like I had never sent them the accusation email. The other one saying that she felt we should stop conversing, that we are not getting anywhere. WTF? As you know, when you would write someone, their reply came right after the subscription had expired.
I did notice this morning the website is down. Not sure if that is temporary or not.

Amateur Match does the same "canned replies". They must have a library of pictures that would fill a room. I'm not impressed with Ashley Madison either.
The only one I might consider paying to join is Singlesnet, at least the pictures are good.

Guess I got scammed too. It took a week to get a reply then I got 3 all the same day and they all seemed canned and scripted. Answerd all three and never got another reply. All my responses were very laid back with nothing suggestive, just generic chat about want to talk some more but on the phone. Now I cannot even access the site to cancel my account. Guess I will have to see my bank to stop additional billing on my card. My only advise on using this site is, DONT!

All these friken sites suck you of the cash! wanna get laid ? go to the landramat , supermarket or health club and just grow some balls and approach some women . Start by paying them compliments or asking for advice . Dudes it is very clear study the body language . Women put up defensive mechanisms to protect themselves from looney men so what you have to do is break the armor then they will display physical evidence of whether they are interested or not . My best and most rewarding sexcapades are with married women , some with kids since their husbands have become jackasses after marriage . Younger chicks like the fast cars and some clubbing and they will suck the cream out of you AND introduce their friends to you but ....you gotta grow some balls and put yourself out there .

Hi. I met three men (in person) from Ashley Madison so it's not a complete scam. Just a tip for some of you guys out there. If you put up a screen name like #$@#$$licker, not a lot of women are going to respond. I know I don't. Yes, we are all out there looking for sex, but c'mon. If you want to talk dirty to a strange woman, why not just go purchase a hooker. Some of us want a little more respect than that. Just my opinion and maybe a good tip for some of you. Happy hunting!

Same thing I experienced, weird answers to questions, acting like we had not ever talked before, sound
interested then don't hear from them again. I was even searching a nearby city and up poped the same picture of a gal
as my city but with a diff. name and info! Complete fake profile. I tried to cancel after one month, but they wen ahead
and billd me again for another month and said they would cancel next month. Stay away!

Well it was obvious after posting a very shallow post that 2 days later 4 hot females replied to my post and mentioned nothing about my post just looking forward to hearing back from me soon, which of course would have cost 30 bucks or so a month......

There are two discrete dating site that I have successfully used. www.ashleymadison.com is the largest. The problem is that there are tons of fake profiles mixed in with the real ones. But if you are careful and stay away from profiles with photos in the clear (really, what married woman is going to put her photo up without any screening), then you can find plenty of real people. Just be sure to select, "don't want to be contacted by "online hosts" in the setup screens. The other site is www.marriedsecrets.com. This site is not as large as AM, but the profiles are for the most part real. I have successfully had discrete relationships with women on both sites. If anyone knows of any other "legitimate" sites for married people, please reply. I have searched high and low and found none.

I would like to thank you all for reporting the scam of Married café. I almost fell prey to this if it was not for you good people out there who just want to be able to meet good people without being ripped off by the bad people out there.
I believe this is a scam from the simple methodology of marketing they use (which all of the sites use). This sign-up is free; and all you have to do is complete a profile of yourself. However, the people already posted on these sites already paid their fee (LOL). They can view you and your profile; and if they are truly interested they can send you a message. The precipitant on the other hand cannot respond to the message sent without first paying. So, if the precipitant decides not to pay, then the person sending the message will never get to meet them. In fact, they would (if they were real) think you’re not interested or they are just being ignored. Well, if I was paying good money for this service this would not hold well with me.
In short, I believe these people listed (most of them) might not be paying for this service; they are being paid to do the scam.

It's not about balls, dumbass. It's about harrassment and avoiding looking "creepy". If you're an extrovert you get a pass... not so if you're an introvert because people assume the worst about you.

Yeah, they screwed me too. Shame on me for falling for it. If you want a site that's legit, try SexSearch, Married
Date Link or Affair Link., At least I met some real women through those.

Well lets see, MARRIED CAFE.
This site is a scam just like the other 99% on the net. To test them send a picture of a really ugly Guy with a terrible attitude, and the mail really starts to come in till you join and they get your money. Then you are put in a file where you get very few letters till the the renew date gets close.Once you cancel the membership, you in fact get 10 times the emails trying to get you back. For A discreet encounter, save your money and look to the Escort pages because it cost either way and depending on the woman, you can get a good rate for an ongoing relationship with no strings attached.

Same experience described above. I expect teaser emails trying to get me to join, but I never expected the avalanche of fake responses after paying. This site must be 90% fake, both the with and without photo posts. It's not only a waste of money but is a waste of time. I found one Married Cafe photo in another city on Attached People with a totally different description and 12 years age difference.

Ditto to everyone posted above. Scammers posing as beautiful women are using you! Someone mentioned they'd line shove the owner of this website into the monitor a few times. I've got one better. I'd like to shove the monitor, glass and all down their throats!
OWNER, go fornicate your self!!

OK. Here's how the scam works....
The profile is one woman. A fake woman.
The messages come from a workforce of many many women. You 'pop up' on one of the workers screens. She scans her own profile so she knows who she is and yours will pop up with 'notes', about important stuff you might have said. She reads past couple of messages between you, and continues conversation. One line, then move on to next. I know someone who does it. They pay her 15p (20c) per message she sends.
