I got that too. I think it is because I used vpn to get free mins. Honestly it is so double standard toward men when I read there terms and condition. It looks they aren't happy with people using vpn for it

Idrk why i got banned. They kept asking how old i am but im in the right age to use the website. Pretty weird and kind of concerning since the last 2 sentences got me kind of worried because i didnt do anything wrong

I’ve received a ban after some “hot text chat proposal”. That’s all… Ive written a mail to ask info about it without getting a reply… (banned since one week). In my opinion it seems to be too restrictive behavior, without even an “alert” or warning mail… and if they don’t un-ban me i’ll lose all money i’ve put in this website… 😕

I have been trying to email them at the email that is on the website when you click support. I have emailed 4 times in 2 week and no reply. I am purchasing minutes yet no money is going into the account so I thought it was a glitch yet my bank has taken money out. Do you know anyway I can contact or speak to someone since the email isn’t an option if no one replies.

I have received this message today. I havent used VPN and cant think of what I have done wrong to receive this message. After emailing them I have been able to go back on the website on a different account. Although I wont be using this website again as this message has scared me.

I just got this too. I believe it’s just a scare tactic to restrict some behavior depends what is said in chat I guess. I’m not to worried about it. Omegal used to say same thing same with chat roulette. I wouldn’t worry to much.

I got banned today right after buying 90 minutes and did nothing wrong. I have never had this problem. They just lost me as a customer! Did they change ownership maybe?
