I've tried so many that end up being just scams to get money out of me by using fake accounts of hot babes or, they seem legit but the site is just starting out and has very few members and none of them are in my city.
The only one I have tried which is okay is adultfriendfinder which I have had some success on but not in the last few months 😒
I was hoping to find something better though.
Any ideas?

I've been in the hookup scene for over 10 years now and Adult Friend Finder is by far the best one I have used. It is commercialized and they charge you for everything but at least they have real users with profiles that match up with the actual member when you meet them.
Any site that you see using model like photos just avoid. 99% chance all profiles are fake.

i rate AFF the worst as its all fakes and photos of american women ,too bad if yu dont live in USA
the feedback on AFF is the worst i have seen at 82% take a look before handing over debit card
i have just tried it and have to send mail to the junk folder as its so bad
