Badoo is much more popular in Europe where it was launch by a Russian entrepreneur. Badoo is owned by the same company as Bumble. Because of this you will see Bumble marketed much more heavily here in North America than Badoo.

Therefore Bumble has more active users from North America while if you live on the other side of the pond in Europe, Badoo will be the better choice as it has more active users over there.

It's all about who has the most new and active members.
