I met this guy years ago, we liked each other, and became friends but nothing happened and we lost contact.

I reached out once for his birthday, but he didn’t even ask how I was.He came back in my life years later, a few months ago. We sort of became friends again, we got along, talked a lot. He ended up making a move on me, after which we dated for over a month. I was happy about it, I wanted to explore this with him, and he claimed he wanted to try and found me so touching, Smart and interesting. It was nice; we’d talk, spend hours together, kissing a lot. There seemed to be chemistry. We had sex; he left for a trip the day after and sort of faded out (stopped initiating contact bit by bit, responded less and less, not asking any questions).I stopped trying eventually and never reached out again. He doesn’t speak to me anymore. Apparently, he has a girlfriend now. I don’t know if he already had her when we saw each other, it is possible, but I can’t know. Maybe he got with her later, but he could have told me he didn't want to continue, I would have understood, I appreciated and respected him and thought it was mutual. Instead, he just disappeared after sex. I liked him a lot, and this time he really disappointed me.... I am thinking about unfriending him on Facebook

Would it be immature? What would you do?

Of course unfriend him on Facebook. He didn't treat you right at all with no explanation of why he left.

If you suspected he had a girlfriend then that is a guy you do not want. Once a cheater always a cheater and if he had stayed with you he would have eventually cheated on you as well.
