I am thinking about quitting outright. I won't be drinking this weekend, and may stop for the most part. I drink about 1 and 1/2 bottles of wine once a week, on Saturday nights. I don't drink any other time through the week, and I can stop without any kind of withdrawal.
I just enjoy it while gaming with my family on Saturday nights and the stress relief I feel just after one glass is nice.
What are some opinions on this? Will it thin my blood and cause high blood pressure and anxiety? Too much for the liver?
