Please advise why the account was blocked using the gmail email address "rguest007" ? This was done for a friend who was unable to create himself due to a disability.

It is hard to answer the question without knowing which dating service you created an account on...
Dating sites usually block accounts due to suspicious activity.
Lot's of spammers try to create accounts on services like this.
