Forum Subject: Lavalife's lack of customer service and how to exploit it

Over the last few months I've been receiving smiles from scam profiles who want to communicate with me outside the LL domain. Invariably, further conversation has involved credit card numbers, which I have not disclosed. On each occasion I've reported this behavior, LL has sent a prefabricated response telling em to block the profile - a futlie act given the fact that these profiles are never on line for more than a day and the contact is initiated as soon as the profile is posted. They also refund the credits used to communicate with the person behind this profile. IF YOU DO THIS PROPERLY YOU CAN ACTUALLY KEEP GETTING THE CREDITS YOU USE FOR IM ON LAVALIFE. When one of this birds smiles to you, IM to them (and whoever else you legitimately want to talk to) after they respond you can report them for inappropriate conduct and you'll get your six credits back within 24-48 hours. Lavalife seems to have no desire to police or control the use of the site by these bots. The style of the profile is the same and the choice of smile is similar as well. There is also a bit of recycling of the photos used to set up these profiles. I sent a long detailed complaint to LL with a clear description of the MO of these bots and about a dozen samples of the profiles. I sent two emails detailing the efforts made by these operators to scam people and there has been no response by LL. Either they don't care or don't know how to control this. They are a nuisance gents and it is best for you to put it to your advantage.
