I recently started the payment process for a three day trial but then changed my mind without completing the payment process. Firstly, I was asked to enter my card details at the beginning of the process which I thought a bit strange but I went ahead, when I clicked on next I was asked to choose between additional payments so I decided against proceeding. repeatedly hit the back button but was unable to get out of the page so I shut it down. A few days later I noticed a payment taken from my bank account and when I contacted support they said their records showed that I had hit the pay button and used a verification code sent to my phone to authorise the payment. I DID NOT HIT THE PAY BUTTON AND I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A CODE but they saw fit to charge me anyway with my knowledge or consent. They apologised but stated once a payment is made they cannot refund it. I have also seen from other complaints that once your three day trial ends they automatically start taking payments of over £40 a month unless you physically cancel the payments yourself. Their " terms and conditions " apparently state this and they are not under any obligation to inform customers that payment will be taken, its the customers responsibilty to cancel all payments even though they have not been informed they will be charged in the first place and they will not refund after payment has been taken. DO NOT GIVE THEM BANK ORCARD DETAILS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK!

We should band together and get Interpol to track down and prosecute the Benaughty management for internet fraud
