Avoid Elite Singles Canada which has at least three court-orders ruled against it since 2015. In Calgary civil court, the judge ordered Elite pay me $4405.10 last August of 2017. Elite has failed to comply with that order and remains in breach of the law.
Stay Away from Elite Singles website. So, you would think your membership ends when you cancel prior to renewal date but not!!! So it turns out no matter when your membership ends, regardless your prior renewal date cancelation you still Will Be Charged next 3 months as you had To Give 24hr Notice not mentioned in their registration confirmation email. Perhaps you will wonder why would anyone had to give notice since you clearly remember your membership period and were you renting a room after all ?
So, Elite Singles registration confirmation email assures you that you can cancel anytime prior automatic renewal date However there is tiny prints saying read more. Who would anyone read more if that states clearly about simple cancelation. I had to contact my bank for dispute. Stay away from Elite Singles ..!!
