Forum Subject: Issue with Tinder with an error updating your profile

Not again... Tinder seems really buggy. I keep getting this error message when I try to change my Tinder profile using the Android app:
"There was an error updating your profile. Please try again".
I cannot edit my profile at all on the app. I have logged out of the app and back into it. I have also tried reinstalling the app. It was working fine since I started using Tinder a bit under a month ago. Anyone have any ideas? I'm on Android 8.0
I looked on the Tinder Help and they just said to make sure you have a reliable internet connection. Well I do and I even tried it on our WiFi along with my cell data connection. So no help there
I have an iPad so I plan on downloading Tinder from the Apples App Store and try it to see if I have the same problems.
Anyone have any other suggestions out there?
