I've been on OKC for a number of years. There may be many scammers and scumbags, but I'm a guy and don't see the guys' profiles.

My experience is that many women on this site appear to lack good social skills. While their complaints are no doubt valid to a degree, I find women often over react to men's comments. I like to joke, sometimes about sex, and some women just freak out when a good laugh might be more appropriate.

I love the concept of this site and feel it's unfortunate that many members don't get along with each other better. I think it's unfortunate that there are so many complaints on review site like this, because I feel these may discourage the "quality" people from using this site. Sure there are losers here, but also winners.

I know what you mean, a lot of folks are "overly sensitive" to well everything! I think 1/2 the problem is that humor doesn't carry over well through messaging:( unless you insert emoticons or note "(insert sarcasm here.)" As a woman looking for decent guys on Okc for 2 years I've had a lot of meetings with men who lie about their personalities, but also I think the %s that get calculated from answering the questions are a bit skewed. I've had the most success with men who are less like myself %-wise. Location-wise most of the matches sent to me are within a 25 mile radius.
My title is more of a offered challenge than a directive/suggestion.
