waste of time

Totally in agreement with Anonymous, about this site not being customer friendly:
1. My account was automatically renewed without my consent.
2. Contacting the site was made impossible by blocking access to my account, after expiry of membership period. I couldn't make a complaint.
3. Since I choose not to remain signed-in or to have the site remember my password, I have been penalized with resetting my password each time. It's a big thing with this site, it seems.
4. In the process of updating my profile, the site would not allow me to upload photos. Acting on their advice, I even sent in new photos to be posted, but they never appeared. My existing photo could also not be viewed by other members.
5. As I write now, my log-in has been blocked and I am required to reset password, yet again. I do more of password resetting than contacting other members.
6. This is only my third month into a paid twelve-month membership period, but I feel I have had enough of it. I give up.
7. It also makes me wonder why I must log-in to my personal email account each time, in order to access this site.
8. Waste of my time!
