Bad Site!

It's not even that they are losers. They let anyone on there. I'm sure if some of these girls on the site knew who half these guys really are they wouldn't use the site. They wouldn't contact these guys at all.

I found my best friend's abuse ex boyfriend on there. He verbally and mentally abused her for over five years. She was not allowed to do anything but go to work, attend her college classes (which he complained about, even though he's never attended college [just trade school, and he never found work after]), and be at his home. When she got a new job and her self-esteem started to come back, she found out he had been cheating on her with many different girls.

When she had the courage to leave him, he started harrassing her. He would send emails, call her, text her, and email me and another friend of hers. He drives past her house every day. He will not take responsibility for his cheating, he blames her. He bad mouths her to everyone he can, while she never even speaks about him. She has never said a bad thing since she left him, but he constantly calls her names. He plays the victim while she worries about her health everyday. She is currently waiting for the results from her tests to see if he gave her anything. She sees a councelor she cannot afford because she's so terrified and messed up because of him.

That is just terrible. I also met someone on there that was verbally abusive and just plain crazy. This website does not screen people and nut bag can go on there and post a profile. It is a good thing your friend got out of that and I feel that the people who run this website so be held accountable for your friends abuse

Wow! It sounds like you're describing one of my best friend's abusing boyfriend as well. The abuse, the criticism, the control, the cheating, the stalking, the victimizing. Crazy. And she met her on POF too. Glad she's over that.

Its BAD MEN and WOMEN on all of the sites, lol... 6 figured men ,should choose the six figure sites, better yet, why be on a dating site,.im sure thats plenty of single available women in their circle... Men look for more vulnerable women on these sites, because most of the time its easier prey for them, OR AT LEAST they think. Most have the mentally, that women are desperate especially online, they feel women shouldnt have standards, when their online, MEN FAIL to realize, theyre on their too, lol... For a good tangle, it takes two or more, lol... Bottom line, if every one of the opposite sex is not good enough, Then stay off, lol....problem solves itself...
