In today's highly competitive business environment, companies are constantly fighting for consumers’ attention and loyalty. Though we’re used to hearing that “the customer is always right,” the reality is that not every company lives by that credo.
Few industries are more competitive today than the online dating industry. From the major players of Match Group and Spark Networks to countless hopeful startups, dating services around the world are locked in a fierce feud to become the go-to matchmaker of tech-savvy singles.
Newsweek recently released its 2020 America’s Best Customer Service[*1] rankings and crowned ChristianCafe.com the best of the online dating bunch. Since 1999, Christian Cafe has connected Christian singles seeking love and marriage rooted in faith. Newsweek awarded Christian Café a score of 7.63 on the customer service ranking, giving it more than enough points to beat out EliteSingles in the second spot (with a score of 7.08) and Bumble in third place (with a score of 6.89).
The 2020 America’s Best Customer Service rankings were compiled from the results of an independent survey of more than 20,000 U.S. customers who made purchases, used services or gathered information about products or services in the past three years. The survey was conducted on retailers and service providers from 160 categories to provide insight into a broad range of customer experiences. Over 115,000 evaluations were collected and the awarded brands each received, on average, close to 100 evaluations from consumers.
