Dating app Hinge wants its users to meet in person over cuffing season, specifically over burritos from Chipotle.

Hinge partnered with the popular Mexican food chain to offer free burritos for its users from December 13-31, the height of cuffing season when people tend to hook up during the cold days of winter. What better time to share a hot, delicious meal with someone you met over a dating app?

Hinge users get a buy one/ get one free deal for burritos, salad, or an order of tacos, according to website Bustle.

Here’s how it works: all Hinge members will receive a unique code via the email that’s registered to their Hinge account. (Hinge said to reach out if you don’t receive the email but always check your spam folder first). When you and your match get to Chipotle, pull up the email offer and show it to the cashier when you’re ready to pay. The codes are unique to each Hinge member, so you can’t forward the deal to a friend. (Though they can join the dating app to participate.)

Hinge got the idea to partner with Chipotle from a recent analysis of its data, where it found that users were much more likely to strike up conversations centered around food. Talking about Chipotle was particularly successful. When further analyzing conversation data, Hinge found that those using the word “Chipotle” were 2.4 times more likely to have a conversation with another user.

Mentioning Chipotle’s offerings in general were more likely to improve your dating game. For example, using the word “queso” in your bio led to 70 percent more likes, and specifically mentioning “chorizo” led to more dates than any other Chipotle foods.

“At Hinge, we’re focused on getting our members off the app and out on great dates with someone they’ll really connect with. When we learned that our members were connecting over their shared love of Chipotle, we knew we had to do something to bring them together in real life,” said Hinge Director of Communications Jean-Marie McGrath in a press release.

While some daters are more interested in romantic evenings with cocktails and nice restaurants, the partnership with Chipotle offers a more low-key way to meet up without all the pressure of spending money and impressing your date. Maybe it will encourage more users to meet each other in person.

The Chipotle gift is only available to Hinge users, but offer is good throughout the U.S. For more on this dating app you can read our Hinge review.
