Coffee meets… summer camp? The best (or worst) part of your childhood is getting a modern makeover this May, complete with arts and crafts, water sports, and in all likelihood, the same sloppy makeouts behind the dining hall.

Coffee Meets Bagel has announced the launch of its latest venture, CMB Experiences, to help users connect IRL. These Experiences promise to be “unique, real-world events and spaces where people can go offline and engage in a fun, novel, delightful experience together.”

And what could be more fun than sleepaway camp?

The inaugural Experience is Camp Meets Bagel, an all-inclusive adult summer camp set to take place this year from Thursday, May 10, to Sunday, May 13. Around 300 guests will descend upon a camp in the Adirondacks in the charmingly named town of Paradox, New York, where they’ll be treated to a “fun-filled weekend with land and water sports, arts ‘n crafts activities, epic nightly theme parties, an open bar, delicious meals, and more.”

CMB tested the idea of Experiences with a Run Date Festival in Hong Kong which drew over 1,300 participants. Following its success, the dating app has partnered with the experts in adult sleepaway camps, Camp No Counselors, to plan its second real-world adventure.

“We are planning a weekend packed with fun activities including those specifically designed to foster friendship and connections,” said CMB co-founder and COO Dawoon Kang. “The activities will include group Color Wars and redefining the meaning of ‘trust fall’ on the giant swing at the ropes course. We will be encouraging all guests to disconnect from the online world and truly immerse themselves into the activities, encouraging in-person connections.”

Skeptical? Check out the video below introducing Camp Meets Bagel and you may quickly rethink your anti-adult-summer-camp stance. It looks like a pretty wild weekend, especially when you throw in free booze and hoards of horny singles hoping to hook up.

Sadly, this sleepaway experience is pricier than what your parents paid for back in the day. Early Bird registration starts at $695.00 and runs until the end of March. That covers your lodging, food, alcohol, and activities, as well as transportation to and from New York City.

“Coffee Meets Bagel’s mission is to enable authentic connections for this generation, and we believe that includes going beyond the online world to do so,” Kang said in a statement. “We want to create real-life opportunities for people to meet and share a common experience together, which often serves as a doorway to a lasting relationship.”

Anyone can attend Camp Meets Bagel, whether or not they’re a CMB member, so round up a group of your most fun friends and relive your glory days by the campfire.
