POF Dating App - New Android Version 2.01

Three days before Christmas Plenty of Fish released a new update for their Android dating application. The new version number is 2.01.11943 and it requires Android version 2.1 and up. Besides miscellaneous bug fixes the new features added include:

Completely updated interface for the entire app
Upgrading membership including purchase can now be done directly in the app
New “Locals” section for finding Plenty of Fish events (hosted by either members or POF)
”My Images” now added to “My Profile”

With my testing of the app I found the new look and feel much better than the last version. The whole user experience flows better … when it is working. The problem is that with the new interface introduced a number of small bugs that were not present in the last version of the POF app. A number of other users have also reported getting logged out of the app when they don’t want to be and others have complained about image upload issues.
