They ignore your criteria. I was set up with 3 women before cancelling, the first was a biker chick with some disease that she took meds for and made some of her hair fall out, 2nd was a single mom who had just had nasal surgery and whose nose started bleeding while we were talking. 3rd was an arrogant overweight teacher who had the nerve to state that she wanted to be "pampered" before the 1st date! Again no refund and snotty customer service make this the worst of all dating sites. I am not making this up! Don't do it. Use Match instead. Less risk there.
