I tried Christian mingle for the first time, never having used the internet much for social purposes. I rapidly became the victim of a predatory sociopath who deceived me, and I have a high IQ, into emailing him. This individual has hacked my computer and has sent out his team to steal my postal mail. I talked to another woman in person who lives in the area and she confirmed sadly that she had encountered the same man about a year ago. He used the same pictures, same story, and same fake profile. She was unhackable so he talked her into a phone conversation in which he bragged about the crimes he and his friends had committed against the "stupid Christian," and any woman who made the mistake of not wanting "just sex." Apparently, that phrase was a trigger for this predator and he would give pictures, allow his friends to hack into their email/computers, find their home and steal their mail and identities. He had told her his friends made a living doing it, were not afraid of anything or the police, had gotten into violent altercations with victims trying to catch them, and even had killed a dog that was barking at them. Like me, this woman was too terrified to fight back or to turn the person in. He has our pictures, and now our identities. My entire family's safety has been compromised by my innocent trial of this seemingly safe site. BEWARE he presents himself as a rather desperate(i.e., overly complimentary), brief writer, and a humble Christian, but is really a despicable monster praying on moral and trusting women. Sisters, be very very cautious!!!!

i also found there was not much christian faith based on that site at all. i felt i had more dignity on regular sites. what a sex hungry pack. let them all loose and they have a serious sleepover. really sick!!! for a while i hung out in chat but these people seemed to just be friends and go to their occasional bashes, but as far as morals, good night irene!!!! all were hungry wolves to find their men again and have sex. then this so called christian site automatically charges you and does not even honor your cancellation when you cancel at the very time? do you really keep the subscription date on your calendar? or don't you think they owe it to you to at least send you a wanring email the sub is running out? no christinanity in this! capitalistic at best! it is all about exploiting people who are lonesome and wish they had asomebody to love in their lives. i also saw predators and houdinis, people who wrote me and when i checked them out ttheir profile had vanished. scams of sorts. greedy scam with trashy people!!!

yea the people i viewed on christian mingle that i tried to get in contact with were unreacheable. Once you sign up they have got you. Make sure you turn off the auto-renewal in account settings.

Could you please give us more info on this Person? Even some clues? This would really help and People would be able to watch out. You should provide this if your experience is true and you are willing to assist others. I understand being careful generally but how are we supposed to beware about who we don't have a clue about? Not What It Seems

Christian Mingle decidedly deleted my profile today for including contact information in my photo section. I am on the free trial version, and it is near impossible to contact anyone without paying the ridiculous prices they charge for full membership with the site. Therefore I opted to include my e-mail address as a photo caption. I have found that many other members I have come across do the same, and interestingly enough, their accounts have not been deleted. Christian Mingle is overpriced and not worth the time. They are also a subdivision of Spark, which does not support many Christian beliefs in their other dating sites. I have no objection to this, however CM is not what it appears as on the surface and I would strongly advise against using this site.

Nothing christian comes to mind from the initial app. they lure you in just like all the secular sites, for free, your name, info, likes...etc.. and than pay. SAY IT UP FRONT UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE???!!! I'M COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED

I would stay away. I am writing here because someone fraudulently used my credit card number to sign up for a membership on this site (causing me to cancel the card and place a fraud alert on my account). Not the type of person you really want to meet on a Christian dating site.

While there are many predators and sinners in the world, they do not limit themselves to the non-religious websites. We find the same thing in churches. Not everyone who attends loves the Lord.

I want to report a success story. I met the woman I have been dating for 7 months on the site. We emailed, chatted and texted then talked on the phone for 2 months before we met... Since then, our relationship has blossomed into what we perceive will be a life long committment.

I would caution any who use the site to read all the comments people put on there. I, however, am very glad to have used the site and believe God was instrumental in my girlfriend and I meeting and celebrating a future together.

Yes, I agree with not much Christian based faith on this site. I would say Christianmingle is more greed based than anything.
