online dating is a mixed bag. This site seemed to have an abundance of guys who were, well, I hate to say it, but not really on top of their game, or anywhere near it. A majority of the people seemed to be odd, uneducated, very unrealistic, from very very far away, and many struck me as suspect.
There were also quiete a few bogus profiles, and men on there who were most definitely NOT single or available. I also wished that the countless, upon countless of old old old and out of date profiles would be removed. What a waste of time. I want to share that I had been a member and found that I was not really to happy, so I quit and was certain that I had in fact removed my profile..
I had not entirely given up on online dating so I tried another similar dating site and met somone that I really thought I cared for. We did get into a relationship, for quite some time in fact. I had actually forgotten that I had ever even tried out bbpeoplemeet..then one day, my boyfriend angrily accuses me of being a two timer, cheater, whatever...etc...asking me why my profile was on this other site...(I had to wonder why the hell he was looking) anyhow, I could not even pull it up, not remembering my user name, or my password..
I told him, yes, I used to be on it, way before we met, but quit and removed my profile..he pulls it right up and there is my photo and everything..So it was almost a year out of date and about a thousand unchecked messages!! (my b.f..is in a field where he can do easy background checks and ran my name and all of this easily popped up..) I was very pissed off at him for doing this, but also really humiliated that all this profile stuff was still up without my knowledge for almost a year..It is like bbpeoplemeet, uses people to pump up their image without permission..
Was not a great experience for me.
Just be wary of that kind of thing.
Also, what is up with all the people who do not even fill out any of the info? that should be a requirement before you can even post a profile.

I just deleted my profile, after trying out the site as a paid member for 3 months. I found the site to be a complete waste of my time and money. I shelled out the bucks to be a member, but it seems few of the guys do. This is a problem, because in order to communicate you both have to be paid members. Unpaid members don't even get to read their received messages. 

There is also a very high percentage of empty profiles. This is because BBpeoplemeet does not offer any means of checking out the site without creating a profile. Most dating sites will at least let you do a basic search, so that you can get an idea of the calibre of men on the site - not so here. So there are hundreds of people creating a shell of a profile, just so that they can check out the site, see what the features are, and see what sort of matches are out there for them.

I have been on other dating sites, and met my last two significant-others online. Compatatively, this site was a very disappointing experience. As a "curvy" woman, I had hoped this site would stream-line my online dating experience, by focussing on guys who like curvaceous women. Not so. What I got was hundreds of "Flirts" from men who had not way of communicating with me if I sent them back a message. Anyone who signs up for this site, in it's current form, is setting themself up for disappointment.
