Reader Question - My membership got canceled. How do I contact Lavalife?

Hi until earlier this afternoon I was a paid up bonafide member.

I had a profile on dating and relationship. Then today I noticed that I had a SMILE on Intimate!!!!!

I wasunaware that I had a profile there and certainly didn't want one.

Unsuccessfully I looked for a way to delete that INTIMATE profile

So I decided to edit that profile and introduced silly answers which would make clear to anybody in there that the profile wasn't serious and to be ignored , that the Relationship and Dating profiles were sincere.

Amongst other things I entered a birth date 2000 or something equally ridiculous.

Immedeately Lavalife deleted my membership to all three domains. And has since denied me access to the site.

I'm anxious to correct this misunderstanding. Can you help please?

Sorry about your problems with Lavalife. The best way I know of for contacting Lavalife is by this page:

Explain your problem in detail and what you did and I am sure they will reinstate your account.

You probably shouldn't have changed your birth date as the year 2000 would have made you too young legally use the dating site. Your profile was then most likely flagged and then removed for this reason.
