Gender imbalance

You are NO WHERE EVEN CLOSE to a real statistic buddy.. Its more like the male to female ratio is 5 to 1. You can just check it out yourself by counting the pages. Even if the girl is a baggage laden fat pig, she will get tons of email because of the imbalance. The ratios are even more screwed up for guys, than going to the corner bar!

Yes I agree. I simple counting of the pages indicates a ratio of around 5:1 though this will vary on the age group. This is actually a magnification of the slight gender imbalance in society. Roughly around 106 males for each 100 females in the UK. As a simple exercise, remove all the people who are married, in relationships or seeing someone, as an example assume this was 96 females (includes people in very loose casual relationships) paired with 96 men. This would leave 10 truely single males (with no one to regularly to sleep with), chasing the remaining 4 females.
Once things are factored in such as some men who are either rich or handsome enough sleeping with a lot more than one woman, I wasn't surprised to find dating site ratios of 5:1 in the UK.
The personal effect for a single guy, is living in a country which is a relentless struggle to find anyone. But in my experience, just get shot down if this is ever brought up in polite company.
